The Child discount is available for guests who are between 2 years of age and 12 years of age. If you are 2 or 12, you qualify for the discount. If you are 13, you need a general (adult) admission.
If you are under the age of two and sit on a guest’s lap, you are free. If you require a seat, you will need a ticket, no matter how young you are.
If you are under 2 years of age, and sit on a guest’s lap no admission is required. However, if you are 2 years or older or require a seat, you will need an admission ticket.
Guests who are 60 years of age or older can request the Senior Discounted ticket for admission when available for a performance. Not all performances will have discounts available.
*Special Engagements are uncommon, but sometimes a studio places restrictions on our ability to accept passes and discounts on a specific film title. When a film is marked as a Special Engagement Discount (usually for the first two weeks of its release) We can not accept passes or extra discounts for any of the show times. It is also not eligible for the Tightwad Tuesday or Wacky Price Wednesday.

Special Engagements are also associated with surge pricing which increases the price of most tickets by 25 cents. Early Bird, Matinee, Student, Military and Golden pricing are all still available, even on Special Engagements.
Refunds and exchanges of movie ticket(s) are available in certain limited circumstances.
When you purchase a ticket for a show (especially a show that may sell out), you prevent other guests from the opportunity to purchase that ticket. As such, we cannot provide refunds for shows that have already started or finished playing.
In most cases, refunds or exchanges can only be done in person at the box office at a minimum of 1 hour prior to the published showtime. The main reason for this is that for reasons of guest privacy and financial security, we do not keep any record of credit card numbers in our Online or on-site POS, which means we have no way of automatically refunding back to credit cards without the card being present at the theater location.
If you are unable to make it to the theater before your showtime, please contact the theater directly or make a request via guest comments email asking for a 7-day extension to return. Again, this is a request for an extension of time to return to the theater to complete the refund, as we are unable to process refunds via email.
3rd party booking fees and service charges are not refundable.
Amounts paid with gift cards will not be refunded; instead, amounts paid with gift cards will be credited for future ticket purchases. If a promo code is used to purchase a ticket, the amount paid with the promo code will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Sorry, we do not allow pets to attend the shows (even with tickets). We do allow service animals with proper training and behavior to accompany their owners.
Typically, a theater opens its doors 15 minutes before the first showtime; however, in some cases, on very busy days, we may open 30 to 45 minutes early to help spread out the crowds.
We always recommend at least 15 min before the show even when you have purchased your ticket in advance. On busy days like weekends and Holidays, we would suggest 30 min so that you have enough time to get popcorn & refreshments and find good seats with your group.
Showtimes are typically posted by Tuesday and no later than Wednesday of each week. Subject to change based on title release date and holidays.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. It is our policy to not allow outside food and drinks into our theaters; however in certain instances such as dietary, medical reasons or allergies, exceptions are accomidated. TheaterEars is an app that allows you to watch new releases at the movie theater in Spanish.
